PBS is goal-oriented, person-centred, and focused on understanding the function of behaviour to build practical, sustainable strategies that improve quality of life. Support may address issues such as aggression, non-compliance, emotional outbursts, self-injury, or difficulty with routines and transitions.

Plans are developed in collaboration with families, support networks, and service providers to ensure consistent, meaningful outcomes across all environments.
